What a view to end the day.

Snow Day

Riley & Brody on the sled. Brody didn't stay out too long. His snow suit is too small and it was too cold for him.

Then Riley decided he wanted to make a snow angel.

Finally, Eric and Riley played on the 4-wheeler in the snow. They were attempting to pack down the driveway so we can get out tomorrow for work.

Saturday fun

Eric went in to check on Riley earlier and this is what he found. Riley was sitting in his barn. Thankfully Eric made him get out before he broke it. I'm not sure if he thought he was an animal or was just being his usual self.
We've had an uneventful Saturday. Riley and I did however make cookies. I've got alot to learn about using my new cookie press. The cookies we made look nothing like snowflakes! They sure taste good tho.
We did get a decent snow last Sunday night. Since we have real jobs tho, we had to go to work and couldn't play in it. :(

Snow

We got some snow today and it is sticking. Hey, at least it's better than ice!! Unfortunately, we probably won't get enough tonight to make a snowman or go sledding.

Owl

Eric came home from his parents tonight and thought somebody had put something in the dumpster that was sticking up. So he went out to investigate with his spotlight and rifle. He took the rifle cause he thought it could also be a varmint. He came back inside saying it's a baby owl. Put up the gun and went back out with the camera. This is the owl he was referring to. He said it's only about 6 or 7 inches tall.

Six Months Old

Brody is six months old today. Riley took this picture of him the other night in the bathtub.

Geocaching..... on New Years Day
